Ena Ibarada (棘田 恵那 Ibarada Ena) is one of the supporting-main characters in all incarnations of Rikei ga Koi ni Ochita no de Shōmei Shite Mita. She is a 2nd-year graduate at Saitama University who works with Ayame Himuro and Shinya Yukimura.
Appearance[]
Ena is a petite woman with wavy thigh-length lavender hair and bright slanted purple eyes.
She usually wears a lab coat with a goth/pajama-like dress and a neck ribbon tie, as well as wearing gloves. Usually seen wearing dark pantyhose without shoes.
Personality[]
Ena is a smart and whimsical girl who sometimes acts as a cat.
She loves playing video games and she doesn't really have any other motivation for work or ambitions. She also likes to mess with Shinya Yukimura or make fun of Kosuke Inukai (love interest), just to entertain her or bring chaos.
Plot[]
Ena was sleeping on the couch from playing video games all night. As she woke up, she realized she fell asleep during a quest again and her character had died. As she witnessed Shinya Yukimura and Ayame Himuro working on their love experiment. When Shinya was touching Ayame's hair, Ena commented they are doing strange things, but realized it was the love experiment they mentioned earlier. While listening to them and keep playing, she told them they need to do a control experiment with Shinya touching more people's heads. And to stir things further, she wanted to see if Shinya will get increased heart rate from all women or just from Ayame, even though she already knew he would get nervous and will definitely get his heart rate increased from all. As that was the result and she laughed, she explained that people can get their heart increased from variety of situations, not just love. Ayame was still frustrated with Shinya for getting excited around other girls, but Ena calmly went to sleep back on the couch.

- The name Ena means "favor, benefit" (恵) (e) and "that" (那) (na).
- Ena's surname Ibarada means "thorn, spine, splinter, biting words, bush, thicket" (棘) (ibara) and "field, rice paddy" (田) (ta/da).

- Ena loves playing games and making fun of Kosuke Inukai (Ena's childhood friend).
- She even witnesses his first ejaculation when she and him were playing erotic games.
